Christmas Blessing + Rerun of Unapologetically Showing the Love of Christ with Kassie Perry

This episode was first aired in June of this year. This conversation with Kassie is one of our most downloaded episodes. I am taking some time off to be with family for the holidays. Enjoy this conversation with my friend Kassie Perry who is the owner, operator, and founder of The Perry Co. Boutique in Lake Placid, Florida. 

Kassie is so encouraging! In this chat, she tells us how before her store came to mind, she prayed for God's will for her life. While she was praying for God's will, she said she loved her job at the time but she was praying specifically for God's will. She was praying to do something that would glorify Him, and to do kingdom work. What encouragement!

Kassie talked a lot about seeking God's kingdom first and making that a priority before starting something new.

She also said before the boutique opened, she and her family got together in the store and prayed, asking God for His presence to be in the store.

Thank you Kassie for this encouragement to seek God first. You are such an encouragement to me!!

She also talked about working for the Lord. She recommends while working to have a mindset that you are helping others while working for the Lord. Amen sister! This can be applied in all things! Great stuff.

God's word asks us to look to the interests of others (Philippians 2:4) ... so while we are working let's be helpful! She also encourages us to do what we do for Jesus! Colossians 3:23 in the New Life Version (NLV) version reads: "Whatever work you do, do it with all your heart. Do it for the Lord and not for men."
