Worshipping Jesus with Jerica Moore

Jerica Moore, also known from our childhood as J-Rock joins us on the podcast this week! She is going to school to be a Registered Dietician and she is also the lead worship pastor at her church in Johnson City, Tennessee called Redeemer Community Church. I love Jerica and you will too! She has some beautiful insight on surrendering all to Jesus. I also loved when she talked about how she was getting filled up by the Holy Spirit in her small group. The last item I wanted to mention here to give you a little glimpse of our chat was how she broke down how we should look at diet and exercise.
