You have been SENT with Heather Holleman
Tuesday Apr 19, 2022
Tuesday Apr 19, 2022
Would you believe me if I told you, you have been sent here on earth for a God-given purpose? You have! Jesus tells us He was sent in Luke 4:43 NIV after Jesus had healed many people, and they knew He was the Son of God Jesus said -- "...I must proclaim the good news of the kingdom of God to the other towns also, because that is why I was sent."
Like Jesus, we too have been sent to share the good news of Jesus.
Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.” John 20:21 NIV
I learned more about this frame of mind (being sent on purpose by Jesus, for Jesus) when I read a book called "Sent" written by our guest this week, Heather Holleman, and her husband, Ashley. The book talked about living a life that invites others to Jesus.
Heather is a professor at Penn State and shared with us that she feels called to her neighborhood, family, and work. She said, "I believe it is no accident where you work, where your house is, what your career is, who your children are socializing with -- It makes life such a supernatural adventure."
Thank you Heather for coming on the podcast and sharing with us what God has on your heart!

When God Turns Your Desires Into Your Reality with Olive to Nosh
Tuesday Mar 08, 2022
Tuesday Mar 08, 2022
Wow! God is doing immeasurably more through the opportunity He has given me to do this podcast for his glory! This was our first recorded podcast in Scotto Albritton Studios which was my late father's name. He passed away in early January of this year and he loved radio and talking on a mic. I loved him so much and I miss him dearly. So my husband, Riley, and I decided to improve our studio and name it after my dad to carry on his legacy in this way for God's glory. What a gift from God to get to meet cool people like Mary Siders! God bless Mary! I loved this chat with Mary and I am so grateful for her obedience to follow God, trust Him and take a leap of faith to go all in and do this business.
Please connect with Mary -- Buy a whole bunch of her amazing and beautiful charcuterie boards, share this podcast with your friends and when you check out her socials and website, please let Mary know you heard her on Broadcast His Love! God is so good to me. He is blessing me with people like Mary. I pray you feel the same love as you download this episode and hear how God is using Mary to broadcast Jesus!

Let’s Be A Watchman: A Prayer for Ukraine & Russia
Tuesday Mar 01, 2022
Tuesday Mar 01, 2022
Let's pray for Ukraine and Russia. God loves both of the people there, so let's pray for them. In this audio, Kristeen Kidd leads us in prayer. She has come on the podcast before and now she is back to pray for these countries and the leaders there. This is a bonus episode to stop and pray for these countries. After this chat, Kristeen shared this link with me about how it is time for us to intercede with prayer for these countries. Here is that link: https://godtv.com/the-ministry-of-the-watchman-its-time-for-the-intercessors-to-arise/
Also, here are the scriptures we talked about before the prayer talking about being a watchman.
Renewal of Ezekiel’s Call as Watchman
33 The word of the Lord came to me: 2 “Son of man, speak to your people and say to them: ‘When I bring the sword against a land, and the people of the land choose one of their men and make him their watchman, 3 and he sees the sword coming against the land and blows the trumpet to warn the people, 4 then if anyone hears the trumpet but does not heed the warning and the sword comes and takes their life, their blood will be on their own head. 5 Since they heard the sound of the trumpet but did not heed the warning, their blood will be on their own head. If they had heeded the warning, they would have saved themselves. 6 But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet to warn the people and the sword comes and takes someone’s life, that person’s life will be taken because of their sin, but I will hold the watchman accountable for their blood.’
7 “Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the people of Israel; so hear the word I speak and give them warning from me. 8 When I say to the wicked, ‘You wicked person, you will surely die,’ and you do not speak out to dissuade them from their ways, that wicked person will die for their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood. 9 But if you do warn the wicked person to turn from their ways and they do not do so, they will die for their sin, though you yourself will be saved.
10 “Son of man, say to the Israelites, ‘This is what you are saying: “Our offenses and sins weigh us down, and we are wasting away because of them. How then can we live?”’ 11 Say to them, ‘As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live. Turn! Turn from your evil ways! Why will you die, people of Israel?’
Ezekiel 33:1-11 NIV

She Makes Cornhole Boards + She’s a Breast Cancer Survivor, Staci Leiferman!
Tuesday Mar 01, 2022
Tuesday Mar 01, 2022
WOW! Coming up on her one-year anniversary from when she found her breast cancer lump in her underarm, through a self-breast exam, Staci Leiferman talks to us about her breast cancer journey this year. Wow! What a God-given gift to hear about her story of survival! We get Staci!! In this chat, Staci walks us through HOW to do a self-breast exam. I am amazed at what I got to hear my friend talk about in her story. She is so strong! I had no clue about this season in her life when she gave herself a breast exam, knew something was wrong, and she persisted with her doctors telling them she felt like it was something more than what she was being diagnosed with. WOW! Talk about perseverance! How brave of our friend this week to do what she did and then tell us her story publicly! I feel so blessed from this chat and I pray you do as well... For His glory and your good! Please share this podcast with someone who is a breast cancer survivor or someone you think should do a self-breast exam... Since it's the 1st!
The Bible verse that Staci said is helping her in this season is: "I can do all this through him who gives me strength." Philippians 4:13 NIV

Another Bible passage we talked about was with the Women Who Supported Jesus:
LUKE 8:1-3 (GW)
8 After this, Jesus traveled from one city and village to another. He spread the Good News about God’s kingdom. The twelve apostles were with him. 2 Also, some women were with him. They had been cured from evil spirits and various illnesses. These women were Mary, also called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had gone out; 3 Joanna, whose husband Chusa was Herod’s administrator; Susanna; and many other women. They provided financial support for Jesus and his disciples.
Yall have a great week and thanks for listening. Our prayer in each episode is that you are encouraged to broadcast God's love for all to see. We aren't perfect... We are His and we are living life on purpose to SERVE Jesus and serve the people He has called us to for His glory! In Jesus' name, Amen!
CORRECTION- Victor E. Frankl was an Austrian Neurologist, Psychiatrist, Philosopher, Author, and Holocaust Survivor. In this conversation, I said he was Australian. Sorry about that. He was Austrian.

BROADCAST HIS LOVE
You made it! We're thankful you’re here and we pray this podcast draws you closer to Jesus.
The purpose of this podcast is to encourage you to use your position, no matter what it is, to broadcast God's love.
We pray at the beginning and at the end of each conversation for us to decrease and for God to increase in our lives. This prayer comes from John 3:30.
“He must increase, but I must decrease.” John 3:30 ESV
This podcast started in January of 2020, before the pandemic.
Thank you for listening!
