Honoring God and Others with Lisa Long Lyter

Lisa Long Lyter wears many beautiful hats around Pensacola, but in all of the hats she wears, she always makes others feel as if they have a feather in their cap! This week, highlighting an extraordinary woman was a privilege and an honor. Lisa is the director of Creative Strategy at Red Iron Design. She is the co-owner and Editor in Chief of the Local Pulse Pensacola, a good new-only website highlighting area happenings, people, and all things positive. Lisa is also the co-chair of the Pensacola EggFest, an annual event downtown at the Blue Wahoos Stadium in November of each year. I loved how she shared they recently gave away $131,000 to local charities. AMAZING! The EggFest is known to bring BBQ teams and backyard cooks worldwide to support local charities. Lisa won Community Leader in 2021 through the P.A.C.E. Awards given annually by our area Chamber of Commerce. 
She has also won the John Myslak Award for her servant leadership in the community from Entrecon.

WE ARE BLESSED THIS WEEK to hear from Pensacola Brand Photographer Hannah Coleman. She mentioned SO MANY scriptures this week. Hannah is a fountain of blessings from Jesus to me! We met over Instagram, and God knew we needed to meet. Y'all, Hannah is a JOY!
How she brought in so many scriptures, so conversationally was a measurably more than what I thought this conversation would be! She blew me away. Only God! His power through her is so evident in this conversation.
I pray this chat encourages you in Christ to believe in Him with all of your heart and lean not on your own understanding but in all your ways, acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight!

I am extremely proud of these dudes this week! My husband Riley is hosting this week and does a great job talking with Jacob Holsonback, one of our brothers in Christ, at Upper Room Church. I'm SUPER excited for you all to hear how God is using Jacob. Also, we talked about the Innerlight Surf Camp they host on Pensacola Beach, so if you all have kids, even if you have to travel for this camp, CHECK IT OUT! It's so cool seeing the kiddos learn to surf. They can pick up so quickly, and the waves here are great to learn on in the summer.
