Our guest this week is super special to our family! She is the director of first impressions at Grace Bible Church in Sebring, Florida and she is also a professional photographer. Emme Kreider is from northern Indiana and she is celebrating four years in Florida this season!! We are so grateful to have her here! She ended up moving to Florida after hearing about a Bible school called the Great Commission Bible Institute in Sebring. 
She was listening to the school's videos on YouTube. The school has videos with their former teacher pastor Randy Smith who dives into each book of the Bible and he teaches the book in one hour. His messages on YouTube are called, "One hour. One Book..." and then the name of the book he is teaching.

Emme also came with us on a recent family trip and watched our children so she realllllllly got to know us but one of the big benefits of that time is that I got to know her. Emme is such a blessing to know. I pray this conversation draws you closer to Christ.

This week we get to know Monique Schmitt who lives in the midwest and is from Miami, Florida. Monique and I go wayyyyy back. We went to the University of Florida together and both majored in Telecommunications.
She is now a mom of two kiddos and a wife. Monique works in corporate America and she loves to write and do poetry.

Praying All the Time with JoAnna Stramaglia

This week we are talking with one of the prayer team members at Upper Room Church, JoAnna Stramaglia. She shares with us how she prayed for God's will for her son and he was miraculously healed by God. JoAnna also shares the importance of always being in prayer to God, trusting Him and being obedient to God.
I love how JoAnna dives deep to talk about the importance of reading the Bible every morning.

Prayer for Back to School with Risa Reeves

Hey friends! We are praying with Risa Reeves for anyone and everyone who is involved with the school system. Here in our area school starts back August 10th. Our guest this week, Risa Reeves is the Director of Student Programs at Haiti One by One. She tells us the Bible verse that is encouraging her in this season is Proverbs 3: 5 which says: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." 
She encouraged us to read all of Proverbs 3 noting that there are some good verses to pray over your children before they go back to school... If you have children in school like us!
So we just pray in this episode to JESUS for anyone and everyone who is involved in our school systems here or in Haiti! In Jesus name, Amen!
